Each product is a set of downloadable PDF files. Depending on the guide, this is a coursebook organised in modules plus worksheets, checklists and review prompts. The product page of every guide lists its modules and what is in the files.

The guides are self-paced and have no fixed duration. Each one is split into modules you can complete in separate sittings. We do not state study hours because they depend on your experience and how often you practise.

PDF only. There are no video lessons.

Not for the Free Set or Neon Drop, which start from zero. Later guides assume the topics covered earlier; the Learning Paths section on the home page shows the order. You need a computer on which you can install and run Python 3.

Downloaded files can stay on your own device. Where a guide is provided through a link or account with a specific access period, that period is shown on the product page or at purchase. See the Instant Access Policy for details.

We revise guides when something needs correcting or improving, and we record changes on the Last updates page. We do not promise a fixed update schedule. If you want to know whether a newer copy of a guide you bought exists, email us.

After the payment provider confirms your payment, access is provided through a download link, an email with instructions, or another electronic method shown during checkout. Delivery is usually quick, but can occasionally be delayed. The Instant Access Policy explains what to do if nothing arrives.

Yes. The guides are PDF files that you can download. They are for your personal, non-commercial use, so please do not share the files or links.

No. There is no app. The PDF files open on phones, tablets and computers that have a PDF reader.

There are no videos to watch, but the PDF guides can be read and worked through offline once they are downloaded. You only need an internet connection to complete the purchase and download the files.

It depends on where you start and how regularly you practise, so we cannot give a reliable timeframe. A sensible way to check progress is to finish the worksheets and review prompts at the end of each module. We do not promise jobs, income or specific outcomes.

The Free Set is there so you can try the format first. If a technical problem prevents you from using a purchased file, contact us and we will try to fix it. Refund requests are possible within 30 days of purchase if the materials have not been accessed or downloaded; see the Refund Policy.

Yes, by email. We help with access and delivery problems, damaged or incomplete files, and questions about what a guide covers.

There is no community or forum at the moment.

Email us with the name of the guide and the module you are on. We answer questions about the content of the materials. One-to-one tutoring and code review are not part of these products.

Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase if the digital materials have not been accessed, downloaded, opened or otherwise used. Once access has begun, purchases are generally final except where the law requires otherwise. Consumers in the EU may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, subject to the rules for digital content. Read the full Refund Policy.

Payments are handled on the page of a third-party payment provider. Your card details are entered there, and we do not store full card numbers or security codes on this website.

There is no built-in gift option. The materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal use, so if you want to give a guide to someone else, please contact us before buying.
